Barometric Pressure is a measure of the weight
of the air. Different air masses have differing barometric pressures.
By monitoring changes in barometric pressure, you are able to
track the particular air mass that is affecting your current
weather. The faster the pressure drops, the higher the wind.
The reading is generally not as important as the rate of change.
